The Five Behaviors® is a team development program based on Patrick Lencioni’s bestselling book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. The program incorporates Everything DiSC® profiles to help team members improve collaboration and create a more effective and harmonious work environment. The five key behaviors the program focuses on are: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results.
